We at Rec (“Rec”, “we”, and “us”) respect your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to our website at Rec.com, our emails, our pages or ads on social media networks and any other services that we may provide from time to time (collectively, the “Services”).

1. What Does Rec Do?

Rec enables you (“Rec Users”) to find, book and attend a wide range of fitness, recreational and wellness classes, services, or products offered and operated by parks, gyms, venues or other third parties through our platform (“Partners”). Through the Rec platforms, Rec Users seeking athletic coaching, workshops or classes can be matched with athletic coaches (“Coaches”).

We gather various types of Personal Information from our Rec Users and we use this Personal Information in connection with providing our Services, including the ability to personalize, provide and improve our Services, create your user account and profile, to contact you, to allow other users, Partners or Instructors to contact you, to fulfill your requests for our Services and to analyze how you use the Services. “Personal Information” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” under applicable data privacy laws, rules or regulations. This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we do not own or control or people we do not manage.
