# Pools & Aquatics

## Memberships, lessons, and lanes in one system.

From city aquatic centers to private swim clubs, Rec runs memberships, programs, and reservations together so a packed pool and a sold-out lesson session both stay under control.

## Memberships that renew themselves

Sell annual, seasonal, and drop-in passes with auto-renewal and modern checkout.

## Lessons and classes, same system

Run swim lessons, aqua aerobics, and clinics on the same platform as your passes.

## Built for the rush

When lesson registration opens and every parent hits the page at once, Rec holds.

## Lighter load for staff

Mobile check-in, self-serve cancellations, and waitlists that fill themselves mean shorter lines and fewer calls to the front-desk.

**For members & families**

## Booking a lane shouldn't take longer than swimming one.

Members and parents live on their phones, so Rec meets them there — quick enough that nobody calls the front desk to reserve a spot or sign up a kid.

### Reserve in real time

See open lap lanes, aqua classes, and family-swim slots live, and book from any device.

### One account for the whole family

Register every swimmer for lessons, save health forms once, and skip the retyping when the next session opens.

### Pay the modern way

Apple Pay, saved cards, and payment plans that spread a season's cost; resident, sibling, and multi-class discounts apply automatically.

**For your team**

## Run a busy pool without the busywork.

### Check in at full speed

Apple Wallet passes and kiosk check-in clear the line fast, and drop-in guests can buy a pass without ever making an account.

### Seasonal staff, scoped access

Give each season's lifeguards and instructors exactly the access they need for check-in and rosters and nothing else in your system.

### Never double-book the water

Lap swim, lessons, rentals, and swim-team practice share one calendar so two groups never land in the same lane.
